Overview
Regional Gifted Centers for English Learners (or EL-RGC programs) are designed to meet the needs of high-ability students whose native language is Spanish or Polish. Pulaski's program is open to students whose native language is Spanish only. Students in these programs typically receive bilingual instruction that is one to two grades above grade level.
